Brian FinkBrian Fink has over 23 years of professional experience in providing business, product, operational and systems expertise for successful companies. He co-founded IntegraTouch in 2002, and has recently returned to the company. Prior to his return, Mr. Fink was Executive Vice President and CIO for One Communications, the largest privately held Competitive Local Exchange Companies’ (CLEC) in the U.S. He successfully led the integration of key systems, the delivery of its new One Solutions Complete product set, streamlining revenue and cost assurance functions, and delivered significant EBITDA returns by streamlining operations and systems. Prior to One Communications, Mr. Fink served as the CEO of IntegraTouch for 5 years and grew the business to 24 employees while generating solid shareholder returns. Before starting IntegraTouch, Mr. Fink served as the interim CIO for Sirius Satellite Radio with responsibilities for building systems infrastructure for the start up satellite radio business. Previous to this, Mr. Fink was Senior Vice President of Technology and Product Development for Frontier and Global Crossing for 8 years. He was responsible for defining, implementing, and operating the company’s systems and products for the companies’ four business units: carrier, business services, local services, and conferencing. He pioneered the company’s IP convergence and VoIP strategy by building a new organization with the company to lead the successful deployment and operation of its next generation network, systems, and products, including all IP products and its industry leading MPLS and VoIP networks with integrated systems and web portal, uCommand. While at Frontier, he helped initiate a separate company, Frontier Ventures, where he served on the board and advised on investments in start up companies, which delivered significant returns to the parent company. Prior to Frontier, Mr. Fink was CIO for a privately held telecommunications company, Schneider Communications (SCI), where he led systems that enabled one of the best profit margins in the industry. SCI was sold to Frontier. Prior to SCI, Mr. Fink was a software engineer for AT&T Bell Labs on network switching products. Mr. Fink holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from The Ohio State University, an MBA from Capital University, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Iowa State University. He currently serves on the board for WorldGate Communications and IntegraTouch, LLC. He has also served on a number of successful start-up company boards and technical advisory boards.
