Kevin Maag Kevin Maag founded IntegraTouch, LLC in 2002, and serves as CEO of the company. Throughout his 22 year career, providing software and technology solutions for service providers and technology companies, Kevin has helped organizations improve their bottom line by connecting IT to their business plan. As CIO for Frontier Communications and Global Crossing Global Carrier Division, a $2 billion business unit, Mr. Maag spearheaded a 700% increase in Service Delivery productivity through systems solutions focused on operational business results, while delivering systems and technology solutions in 27 countries around the world. Earlier in his career, Kevin served as Director of Operational Support Systems for Vodofone-AirTouch. Kevin was recognized for his organizational contributions and achievements by winning the prestigious Golden Touch Award two consecutive years. His organization created Best-In-Class solutions for Billing, Customer Care, Provisioning, OSS, and Fraud Detection Systems, affording the company a cost leadership position in terms of operational effectiveness. Kevin started his engineering and management career with AT&T Bell Laboratories where he led Operations Consolidation and standardization initiatives in the delivery of an integrated Operational Support System, which reduced company overhead in maintaining over 20 discreet OSS tools, while improving network operations effectiveness. Kevin graduated with top honors from DeVry Institute of Technology with a BSEET, and a MBA from the University of Dayton.
