IntegraTouch desires a reliable Systems Operations Analyst (SOA) to staff its Systems Operations Center (SOC). The SOA would provide Tier-1 support for IntegraTouch’s large base of systems. These systems include:
- Subscriber Management System
- B2B System
- Customer Care
- Web-based solutions
- Billing (Prepaid and Postpaid)
- Credit Card Processing
- Lockbox Processing
- Provisioning
- Collections
- Receivables Aging
- SubLedger Accounting Systems
- Commissions/Chargeback’s
- Operations Support Systems
An ideal candidate would have experience using Windows and Solaris Computer Systems in providing technical support functions. The SOA will continually strive to optimize and improve the overall Systems operations. The desirable candidate will have strong technical troubleshooting skills, with proven ability to follow documented procedures. The candidate will interface with clients’: Call Center, 3rd Party Vendors’, IT team, and IntegraTouch’s Development and Operations team. Candidate must be a team player with strong Organizational, Documentation, and Troubleshooting skills. Requirements:
- Able to work evenings +/or weekends, and holidays
- Completed a BS or BA in a technical field or pursuing a degree
- 2+ years providing technical support/help desk support or completion of 2 years towards a technical degree.

IntegraTouch desires an experienced Business Intelligence-Data Warehouse (BIDW) Administrator who will continually strive to optimize and improve the overall BIDW Operation. The desirable candidate will have strong Oracle 10g experience, while using Oracle Warehouse builder tools, and Application skills. The candidate will interface with client(s) BIDW team, assuming a leadership role in directing the 24x7 BIDW operations. The position lends itself to professional growth, as the client’s needs’ evolve into an Operational Data Store. Candidate must be a team player with strong Communication, Organizational, Documentation, and Troubleshooting skills. The position is a great opportunity for a proven BIDW Administrator with a sense of urgency, and strong technology skills, who desires to share in the company’s success.
Requires 5+ years experience as a BIDW Administrator, managing the application and database layers. Candidate will have strong Oracle Warehouse skills, w/ Performance tuning, automation scripting, monitoring, and troubleshooting skills. Candidate will work closely with the client’s Development team, assuring newly developed BIDW applications adhere to operational guidelines and standards. Must have excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills. Responsible for managing the BIDW development, test and production environments and providing technical support and guidance to project teams. Excellent interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills are essential.
